In addition to the FHWA LTPP database, there are other pavement performance data sources that can be used for pavement engineering and research. This hub has been designed to provide access to these other data sources. Due to the differences in data collection and processing procedures, caution should be practiced in combining these with LTPP data and it should not be assumed that the data has received the same level of quality control.

The Canadian Long-term Pavement Performance (C-LTPP) database and the FHWA's WesTrack Accelerated Pavement Testing (APT) data are the first data sources to be included in this hub. Several other data sources are being considered for similar future incorporation in InfoPave. These additional sources include but are not limited to:

• APT data sources such as MnROAD, and the AASHO Road Test.


• State Pavement Management System (PMS) databases.


• FHWA’s Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) database.


• Other State or University research data sources.
