All AIMS electronic files are stored in the AIMS Data Entry Portal (ADEP), in accordance with the LTPP Directive I-171. This document contains the AIMS data storage format standards for electronic files converted from paper, video, and photographic images. It also details the file storage structure and folder hierarchy maintained on ADEP.

Ancillary Data Files

Structure ► Agency provided materials, layering, age, construction, maintenance, and other physical details of GPS sites. ► Scanned forms for data collected using one of the versions of the Data Collection Guide for Long-Term Pavement Performance Studies, Operational Guide developed under the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP) or the Inventory Data Collection Guide for the Long-Term Pavement Performance Program (2005). The data is stored in the INV module of the LTPP database.
